A personal note

Clinical at its core. Holistic in its delivery.

I trained as a dietitian after a deeply personal experience that shaped my understanding of health and prevention, and highlighted how important it is to take unexplained and persistent symptoms seriously.

Over time in clinical practice, and through working with women experiencing gut, hormonal and reproductive health concerns, I began to see the same patterns repeated: symptoms being normalised, fragmented care pathways, and a lack of joined-up understanding of how the gut, hormones and nervous system interact.

As my clinical understanding developed, particularly in gut health, hormonal regulation and the menstrual cycle, it became increasingly clear how interconnected these systems are - and how often women are not given the tools to understand their own physiology.

This is what led to the creation of 30 Something Fertility and the CORE Method: a structured, evidence-informed framework designed to bring clarity, continuity and practical support to women navigating complex digestive and hormonal symptoms.

Every programme is grounded in clinical evidence, but delivered in a way that reflects the lived reality of women's health - combining structure, education and sustainable change rather than short-term fixes.

My mission is to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge in research to practical implementation at home, to supporting women with structured, meaningful and sustainable change.
