What we work on together

How a fertility Dietitian can help

Nutrition cannot guarantee conception, and it never replaces medical fertility care. What it can do is support the systems fertility depends on. Every plan is personalised, evidence-informed and built to work alongside your GP, fertility clinic or IVF team.

Understanding your cycle

Build cycle literacy: how your cycle works, how to recognise ovulation and track your fertile window with confidence, and which patterns are worth paying attention to.

Pre-conception nutrition

Optimise the dietary foundations, key nutrients and blood sugar balance that lay the groundwork for reproductive health now and through pregnancy.

Preparing for IVF or fertility treatment

Evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle support to work alongside your treatment plan, such as preparing for egg collection or embryo transfer. This complements, never replaces, your medical care.

The foundations behind fertility

Gut health, sleep, stress physiology and nervous-system regulation all interact with reproductive health. We build sustainable habits that fit your real life.

Supplements without the guesswork

An honest, evidence-led review of the supplements on the market, so you know which are worth your time and which are just a fad.

Your fertility environment

Everyday exposures to endocrine-disrupting chemicals, from food and cosmetics to household products, and realistic prioritised swaps to reduce them.

Women preparing for pregnancy

I followed Beth's guidance when I was preparing for an egg collection for IVF. I loved Beth's holistic approach, delicious recipe ideas and mindfulness techniques. I ended up having a successful collection and embryo transfer.
Nadia, 34
My partner and I contacted Beth to improve egg quality ahead of an embryo transfer. Beth was super friendly and her advice was detailed and achievable. We ended up with 7 high-quality embryos and our first transfer was successful.

Common questions

Fertility nutrition, answered

What does a fertility Dietitian do?

A fertility Dietitian uses nutrition science to support reproductive health before pregnancy. That includes understanding your cycle and ovulation, optimising nutrient and blood sugar foundations, reviewing supplements, and addressing gut health, sleep and stress. Registered Dietitians are regulated professionals, so advice is tailored to your history and your medical care.

Can nutrition improve fertility?

Nutrition cannot guarantee conception, and it is not a replacement for medical fertility assessment or treatment. What evidence-informed nutrition can do is support the systems fertility depends on: cycle health, metabolic and blood sugar balance, gut health and nutrient status. It works alongside your GP, fertility clinic or IVF team.

When should I see a fertility Dietitian?

Any time you are planning to conceive and want to prepare your body with intention. Many people start 3 to 12 months before trying to conceive, while others come to us while undergoing investigation or fertility treatment such as IVF. Earlier is generally better, but there is no wrong time to strengthen your foundations.

I am undergoing IVF. Can we still work together?

Yes. We provide nutrition and lifestyle support alongside your treatment plan, and can help you prepare for milestones such as egg collection or embryo transfer. We always respect your clinic's protocol and will never ask you to change medical care.

What is the programme and how much does it cost?

Fertility support is delivered through the CORE Pre-Conception & Fertility programme: a 12-week structured journey with six 1:1 consultations and weekly messaging check-ins in between. Pricing is confirmed personally when you apply, so Beth can match the right option to your situation, including self-funded and insured routes.

Do you offer online consultations?

Yes. Consultations are available online across the UK, or face-to-face at The Bath Clinic (Circle Health Group) and Sulis Hospital Bath.

Ready to prepare your body with intention?

Apply for a consultation and share a little about where you are on your journey. Beth will personally review your application and be in touch to arrange your initial assessment.
