This may be appropriate if you are:

  • Feeling like you have sought medical advice and investigations, but are still without a clear, joined-up explanation or long-term plan for your symptoms
  • Living with ongoing gut, hormonal or menstrual symptoms that feel disruptive, unpredictable, or difficult to fully understand in day-to-day life
  • Feeling frustrated by approaches that have focused on isolated symptoms, rather than helping you understand what is driving your health as a whole
  • Ready for a structured, guided process that helps you make sense of your symptoms and implement sustainable, long-term nutrition and lifestyle changes

This approach may not be appropriate if:

  • You are not in a position to make any changes to diet or lifestyle at present
  • You are looking for a short-term or immediate symptom resolution approach
  • You are not seeking structured, ongoing nutritional and lifestyle support

How the consultation works

A structured 12-week programme.

Programme structure

The CORE Method is delivered over 12 weeks, combining structured education, personalised guidance and ongoing support.

Live consultations

You will have 6 x 1:1 consultations across the 12-week programme. These sessions are used to assess progress, refine strategy and adjust your personalised plan.

Between-session support

Between consultations, you can submit questions via WhatsApp. Messages are reviewed and responded to once per week, ensuring consistent support while maintaining a structured and focused approach throughout the 12-week programme.
