How I work

A clinical lens on complex, persistent symptoms.

Women often present with persistent digestive, hormonal and menstrual symptoms that are not fully explained by routine testing.

In clinical practice, these patterns are rarely caused by a single factor. They typically reflect interactions between gut function, metabolic health, stress physiology and hormonal regulation.

Beth's work focuses on identifying and addressing these underlying drivers using a structured, evidence-informed framework.

Common presentations

Common symptoms women seek support for:

Bloating
IBS
Bowel irregularities
PMS
Painful heavy periods
Irregular cycles
PCOS
Endometriosis

Why symptoms persist

Isolated, symptom-based approaches often fail to create lasting change.

These symptoms are usually influenced by a combination of gut health, metabolism, stress and hormones, which is why a structured, whole-body approach is needed.

The framework

The CORE Method

A structured framework designed to help women understand and address the key drivers behind persistent digestive, hormonal and menstrual symptoms.

C

Cycle & Hormonal Literacy

Understanding the menstrual cycle, what is typical, and how hormonal patterns relate to gut and symptom changes.

O

Optimising Gut Health

Understanding the gut's role in digestion, hormones and common symptoms such as bloating and food sensitivities.

R

Regulating the Nervous System

Understanding how stress impacts digestion, hormones and symptom patterns, and how to support regulation.

E

Eliminating Environmental Stressors

Understanding the impact of environmental exposures on hormonal and metabolic health, and how to reduce burden.

Who it's for

This approach may be suitable if you are experiencing:

  • Ongoing digestive symptoms
  • Hormonal or cycle irregularities
  • Painful or difficult menstrual cycles
  • Symptoms suggestive of PMOS (previously known as PCOS)
  • Endometriosis-related symptom patterns
  • Pre-conception health concerns
