Three focused workshops
Open a workshop to see what we'll cover and the evidence behind it.
An engaging, evidence-based workshop helping employees understand how the gut works, explore the role of everyday eating, stress and routine in digestive symptoms, and learn practical strategies for managing gut health at work. The session covers gut health basics, the gut microbiome, common symptoms and their triggers, hydration and fibre, workplace support and when to seek professional advice.
Designed for all employees, including those living with digestive symptoms, colleagues and managers who want to build understanding, reduce stigma and help organisations create a more informed and supportive workplace.
What gut symptoms cost a team that never talks about them
Around 1 in 5
of your team has IBS
NICE estimates 10-20% of adults are affected. On a team of 50, that is likely 5 to 10 people, and few will have said a word about it at work.

lost to digestive problems
ONS puts UK sickness absence at 148.8 million working days lost in 2025, with digestive problems the fifth most common reason at 6.6% of occurrences.

of employees with IBS
University of Leeds research found 85.6% of employed adults with IBS were less effective at work and 81.8% were impaired overall. Present, and struggling.

Digestive symptoms are common, treatable and rarely discussed at work. This workshop encourages informed conversations and appropriate clinical support, rather than asking employees to simply push through discomfort.
