The CORE Method Programme
A 12-week structured programme for women ready to address the root drivers of their digestive and hormonal symptoms. Evidence-informed, holistically minded, root-cause-focused.
The framework behind every programme
What CORE stands for
Condition Literacy
Including cycle literacy for hormone-based issues
Understanding your condition, the systems that drive it, and how it connects to gut health, hormones and inflammation. For hormone-based concerns this includes tracking cycle quality, length, ovulation and symptom patterns.
Optimise Gut Health
The gut shapes hormone metabolism, immune function and inflammatory load. We work through digestion, microbiome function, the gut-oestrogen connection and nutrient status.
Regulate the Nervous System
Chronic stress disrupts the gut-brain axis, digestion and the cycle. Practical, evidence-based nervous system tools are a core lever, not an add-on.
Eliminating Environmental Stressors
Endocrine-disrupting chemicals in everyday products can contribute to hormonal disruption. We audit exposure with realistic, prioritised swaps.

Understanding your diagnosis
Often we receive a diagnosis but not all the information we need to understand it in a meaningful way - and without that understanding, it becomes challenging to take the right steps to restore balance in the areas that need the most support. Here we get to know your condition, the key systems that influence it, and set goals for the months ahead. We also complete baseline tests and questionnaires so we can objectively review your progress through the weeks. You leave this session with your first set of IBS recommendations, drawn from current British Society of Gastroenterology and NICE guidance, so your gut foundations are in place from the very start.
- 02
The gut-brain link
Understand how the brain and our nervous system interact with our gut, and how stress management is an essential part of the healing process. We explore nervous system practices to move out of survival mode and into rest and digest.
- 03
Where do FODMAPs fit in?
Low FODMAP eating is one of the most researched dietary approaches for IBS, but it is not suitable for every person and is not meant to be a permanent way of eating. In this session we look at what FODMAPs are and how they function within the gut, why they may drive symptoms in some people, and whether a structured low FODMAP approach - with supported reintroduction - is the right step for you.
- 04
The gut microbiome & plant points
Here we deep dive your diet to review the fundamentals - foundational diet and lifestyle factors for overall balance and control, and how to implement them effectively into daily life - then build on top for variety and complexity to build long-term digestive resilience.
- 05
The lifestyle layer & supplementation
The role of sleep, activity and circadian rhythms in your digestive health, and how to shape them to support your recovery. We also cover the science behind the many supplements on the market, so you know which are worth taking for your symptoms and which are just a fad.
- 06
Summary & long-term planning
In our final session we bring everything together. We repeat your baseline survey, blood tests if you chose them and body measurements to see how the programme has supported you and where to focus next. We review the weeks behind us - what is working well and what still needs some support - and build a personalised plan to carry you well into the future. The programme does not finish here; it is just the beginning.
